Price Match Promise

At Outriggerpads we want our customers to get the very best price and service when they buy our products. Our Price Match Promise policy guarantees you the same price as other retailers so you're always getting the best deal possible.

If you find a lower price for a product that is the same as one of our Eco, Hi-Viz, Hi-Pro or Premium pads, we will match the price, subject to the following conditions.

To receive our Price Match Promise, the below requirements must be met:

• The Price Match Promise is available on our Eco Lift, Hi-Viz, Hi-Pro and Premium Pads. Ground Mats are excluded
• The competitor’s product must be identical to that offered by Outriggerpads (e.g., same size, specifications, etc.)
• The competitors product must be NEW
• The competitors price must exclude delivery
• The competitor’s product must be in stock at the time of the price matching
• The competitor must be based in the UK with a current business address and cannot include auction or marketplace sites such as ebay or Amazon resellers
• No other promotional offers can be used with a product which is price matched. In other words, discount vouchers or other promotional codes cannot be applied to price matched products to receive a further discount
• We cannot retroactively price match after the product has been ordered
• We reserve the right to terminate or amend the terms of Our Price Promise at any time by posting notice of such termination or alteration on our website
• We will consider matching the price on a special order such as matching prices for orders destined for overseas export. But we reserve the right to refuse to match prices on all such orders where it would be uneconomical for us to do so
• We’ll let you know if we’re able to match a price at the point of confirming your order, as after this point we are unable to consider further price match requests
• Freight cost is excluded from the price match promise

How the Outriggerpads Price Match Promise works:

If the product you are requesting a price match for meets the requirements above, simply email [email protected] with the following information:

• The Outriggerpads product description, code and cost to be price matched
• A copy of the competitors’ quotation of the same in-stock product where you have seen it cheaper
• Outriggerpads will then verify the competitors’ cost. We strive to respond to all price match requests within 1 working day, but it could take longer during periods of high volume
• Providing we receive the above relevant information and it meets our guidelines, we will then email you a confirmation
• If the requirements for a price match are not met, we will provide you with a clear explanation why
