As a valued customer of Outriggerpads, we want to update you on the TVH-IPS integration which is planned for 9th November 2020.

IPS TO BECOME PART OF TVH

Firstly, we would like to thank you for your continued business over these last few months. Life, let alone business has not been easy and we really do appreciate each and every one of our customers.

Our teams have been busy working on the TVH-IPS collaboration to ensure we can combine and continue to deliver the same great level of service and expertise you’ve been accustomed to, whilst being able to provide you with many more new products and services in the future.

We’re extremely pleased to inform you that on 9th November 2020, IPS will integrate into the TVH Group.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

Whilst it is our intention to keep changes to a minimum, there will be some operational aspects that require adjustment to align within our organisation. But please rest assured that we are doing our upmost to minimise the impact on your business.

• You will continue to work with the same people you have always dealt with – you still can contact the office on 01952 697660 as the telephone numbers remain the same
• We’re currently reviewing our collective commercial and freight conditions, but should you have any questions regarding your existing agreements with IPS, please feel free to ask
• You’ll have access to TVH’s MyTotalSource, and with over 42,000,000 parts references it’s the preferred platform for placing your parts orders. And don’t worry, all the IP parts numbers have been cross referenced in our system, so you’ll still be able to find what you need!
• Our new purpose-built warehouse facility in Kidderminster stocks over 39,000 line items, and it’s being added to daily. From 9th November, all IPS orders will be shipped from here next day when placed before 4 pm GMT

Our employees will continue to operate from the current offices in Telford, but the stock will be moved to the TVH/Bepco warehouse in Kidderminster over the coming weeks.
